Cangzhou Yuyuan Automotive Mold Co., Ltd. was established in July 2009. The company is located in Baobei North Industrial Zone, Nanxiaokou Town, Cangzhou, Hebei Province. It is adjacent to National Highway 104, with the Beijing-Shanghai Railway to the west and the Beijing-Fuzhou and Beijing-Shanghai Expressways to the east, offering a superior geographical location and convenient transportation.
The company specializes in the design and manufacturing of automotive inner and outer panel coverings and various sheet metal part molds, as well as trial production welding of various body-in-white assemblies and the production and manufacturing of body coverings.
The company covers an area of over 20 mu (approx. 13,300 m²), with a production workshop of 8,000 m² and currently employs over 100 staff members. The company is equipped with advanced computer systems and high-end design software capable of data exchange with current software. The company's machinery includes: 8 large-scale CNC gantry machining centers, 6 vertical machining centers, 3 frame presses (2000T, 1600T, 1250T), 3 hydraulic presses (630T), 1 frame press (500T), 2 hydraulic presses (400T), 5 closed double-point presses (400T), 3 closed double-point presses (250T), 1 closed four-point press (1000T), 3 closed four-point presses (800T), 2 closed four-point presses (630T), 1 hydraulic press (1000T), 2 three-dimensional laser cutting machines, laser quenching equipment, coordinate measuring machines, blue light scanners, several trial production welding workstations, as well as vertical milling machines, face milling machines, large drilling machines, surface grinders, and other mechanical processing equipment.

In December 2015, the company passed ISO 9001:2008 quality system certification, and in May 2022, it passed IATF 16949:2016 quality system certification. New Chongqing Plant
Project Location: Degan Industrial Park, Jiangjin District, Chongqing
Construction Content and Scale (Production Capacity): The project is located on plot E16-01 of Degan Industrial Park. The plant covers an area of 42 mu (approx. 28,000 m²), with a floor area of approximately 16,000 m². The company procures high-strength steel sheets produced by WISCO (Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation). After commissioning, the plant will be used for integrated stamping and welding production for new energy vehicles, where the steel sheets will be formed through stamping and welding into automotive components for delivery to customers. After commissioning, the plant will put into operation approximately 50 robotic workstations, 2 logistics storage workshops, 2 logistics loading/unloading platforms, and 8 logistics delivery vehicles. The plant will primarily produce automotive front and rear wheel hubs, automotive seat mounting crossbeams, body-in-white components, and other body parts. After commissioning, the estimated annual production capacity is 300,000 sets of new energy vehicle components. Currently, two hot stamping lines and one cold stamping line have been partially put into operation.
